I have been writing for the web for over ten years. This type of writing has changed dramatically during that time. There is a certain expertise required to distill materials that can be readable by most, interesting, informative and optimized for searchability by such engines as Google and Yahoo.
Years of experience writing for advertising and the law, coupled with editing experience has given me an edge. To further hone my skills and stay current, I have added seminars and courses on writing for the web to my store of knowledge and recently completed a masters degree in communications.

I have been managing editor for three diverse publications and an author of a book. Visiting Nurse and Hospice was a fundraising newsletter, Outlook, a physician's newsletter was a publication geared towards physician needs and accomplishments and Pacesetter was a senior newsletter geared towards the young at heart.
