The seabirds of the east coast are spectacular. I do not photograph anything that is not wild or that is confined in any way including aviaries, zoos, etc. Many of these photographs were taken in small inlets on Long Island Sound in New York, less than 40 minutes from the city. My favorite is the osprey (a unique member of the hawk family) which survives solely on live fish. I also love the elegance and grace of herons and egrets, the organization and beauty of geese, and the funny antics and socialization of wild ducks.
